No refunds. PAYMENTS

to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. At any time and for
any reason, we may grant a refund, discount or other consideration to some of
our members or to all of them ("credits"). The amount and form of
said credits, and the decision to grant them, are subject to our sole and total
discretion. The granting of credits in a case does not entitle you to receive
credits in the future in similar cases, nor does it obligate us to grant you
credits in the future, under any circumstances.
Payment Methods. You
can modify the information corresponding to the Payment Form, by visiting our
website and by clicking on the "Your Account" link, at the top of the
pages of the engli.co website. If the payment can not be made
satisfactorily, due to the due date, lack of funds or if you do not modify the
information in your Payment Form or cancel your account (see
"Cancellation" below), you will still be responsible for the amounts
pending payment and authorizes us to continue billing in the form of payment,
as it is updated. This could result in a change in the collection dates. In
some forms of payment, the issuer of your Payment Form may charge a fee for a

Cancellation. You

No refunds or credits will be granted for the periods of membership used

ENGLI.CO service
a. Children under 18, or applicable age of
majority, may use the service with the supervision of a parent or guardian,
subject to our Terms of Use.
b. The engli.co service and the
contents accessed through our service are solely for personal and
non-commercial use. During the membership of engli.co, we grant you a
limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the
engli.co service for the purpose of practicing the language through
content communicated by us. Except for such limited license, no rights or title
will be transferred to you. You agree that you will not use the service for
public presentations.
c. You can enjoy the engli.co service
mainly in the country where you established your account and only in the

(ii) you use the service illegally or improperly.
Password and account access
a. The member who created the engli.co account and to whom the charges
are billed through their Payment Form will be called Account Owner. The account
holder has access and control over the engli.co account. The Account Holder's
control is exercised through the use of the account Owner's password and,
therefore, to maintain exclusive control, the Account Holder should not
disclose his or her password to anyone. In addition, if the Account Holder
